Acne in infants is a common occurance
usually as a result of hormone changes from the fetal development stages. In most cases, a newborn baby’s skin
clears within a couple of weeks. If the problem persists, then you should consult your physician. You should
also monitor your infant to see if any particular food or medication is causing a breakout in acne. If such an
alergic reaction occurs, you should bring it to your doctor’s attention.
